How to use this in-built dictionary app for android
A floating icon will show, move that icon to word and tap on it and drag to select word into rectangle area as below picture shows
Open the app and select translate on other app options. Provide all permission and select translate language. A small floating icon will show on the screen. Use this icon to move at the word and click once then drag to cover the word inside the rectangle area. It will show the meaning of the word in your language. It uses screen capture and sends it to google OCR to get the selected word. Then use google translator to convert into another language.
